With head-turning looks, serious wave-making power, and comfort to keep everyone happy, the XT23 is built to take over the lake—not just hang out on it. Powered by Ilmor and driven by SurfStar, it serves up clean, customizable waves whether you’re breaking in beginners or chasing that perfect set. Inside, it seats 16, with deep storage, an intuitive 12″ touchscreen at the helm, and MyDrive for easy, on-the-fly control. And with MasterCraft’s SoundStage system, suddenly, every seat feels like front row. The XT23 doesn’t ask for attention—it earns it.
The 2026 XT23 is MasterCraft’s versatile mid-sized crossover, designed to balance high-end surf performance with easy towability. Positioned between the NXT and X series, it offers a more customizable experience with a deep hull design that provides a smooth ride even in rougher water.
The XT23 comes standard with the Ilmor 5.3L GDI HO engine (365 HP / 407 ft-lb torque), with an optional upgrade to the 6.2L GDI (430 HP). It features the SurfStar system and a 3,450 lb ballast system. For 2026, the FastFill ballast system is available as an upgrade to cut fill times significantly. Maneuverability can be enhanced with the optional DockStar handling system or the new proportional stern thruster.
The helm is anchored by the XT Dash, which features a 12-inch touchscreen and the MyDrive rotary encoder for tactile control. Like the rest of the 2026 lineup, it includes keyless ignition as a standard feature. The audio is provided by the SoundStage system by Meridian, with various sub and speaker configurations available. The boat comes standard with the Z6 tower, with the Z8 and Z10 towers available as power-folding upgrades.
The XT23 features premium ergonomic seating and is available with CoolFeel vinyl. Standard interior highlights include transom lounge seating with backrests and a walkthrough protector. Notable upgrades include a convertible rear-facing seat, heated seats, and a wireless charging pad at the helm. It offers 108 cubic feet of storage, including dedicated space for boards and gear.
