• Service & Repairs: Routine maintenance, diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and winterization services for boats and marine equipment.
• Appointment Scheduling: Online and phone-based booking for service consultations, appointments, and demonstrations.

We use a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform to manage customer contacts, communications, appointment scheduling, and automated follow-up workflows. This platform may facilitate communications sent to you via SMS, email, and phone on behalf of JJJW, LLC, DBA The Boat Shack.

By using our website and services, you agree to:

Types of Messages

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from The Boat Shack, you may receive the following types of messages: appointment reminders and confirmations, service and repair status updates, promotional offers and seasonal announcements, follow-up communications related to your inquiry or visit, and general customer support messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 435-465-1481. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Please check with your wireless provider if you have questions about your messaging or data plan.

Message Frequency

You will receive messages on a frequency that varies based on your activity with us, including appointment scheduling, active service requests, and any promotional campaigns we are running. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Consent Not Required for Purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of purchasing any product or service from JJJW, LLC, DBA The Boat Shack.

Payment terms for boat purchases, storage agreements, and service or repair orders are established at the time of sale or service scheduling. JJJW, LLC, DBA The Boat Shack, accepts payment in accordance with the terms presented at the point of sale or in any written agreement executed between you and us.

All sales are subject to applicable Utah state taxes and any fees disclosed at the time of transaction. Deposits may be required for certain services or special-order products. Refund and cancellation terms will be communicated to you at the time of purchase or service agreement.

JJJW, LLC, DBA The Boat Shack, reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice, except that changes will not affect orders or agreements already confirmed in writing.

All content on The Boat Shack website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of JJJW, LLC, DBA The Boat Shack, or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost, or use the content of our website for public or commercial purposes without our express written permission.
